Procurement & Financial Intelligence Analyst in Uglava ta Azons Intelidzhens, TOV

Candidate requirements

• Higher education: finance, economics, law, analytics, public administration, audit.
• Skills for working with Prozorro, Dozorro, OpenSpending, YouControl.
• Understanding public procurement and public finance basics.
• Understanding financial systems, AML/KYC, banking processes.
• Ability to work with large data sets.
• Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, OSINT tools.
• Proficiency in modern analytical tools (OSINT, SOCMINT, GEOINT, FININT).
• Ability to build logical and associative connections between data.
• Systemic thinking, attentiveness, ethics and willingness to work with sensitive information. 
• More than 1 year of work experience in procurement / public sector / anti-corruption initiatives or more than 2 yearsin financial analysis, audit, compliance or financial monitoring.
• Attention, systematicity, ethics, ability to work with sensitive information.
• Analytical thinking and the ability to build logical connections.

Main tasks:

• Research of tenders, contracts and suppliers (Prozorro, Dozorro, Clarity Project, EU Tenders).
• Inspection of companies and counterparties, identification of connections, risks, potential schemes.
• Analysis of the structure of participation in tenders, beneficiaries, related persons.
• Investigation of the movement of funds between companies, individuals and accounts.
• Interpretation of financial documents (bank statements, SWIFT, IBAN, contracts).
• Analysis of financial flows and construction of interaction schemes.
• Recognition of risks, suspicious transactions, relationships.
• Preparation of analytical materials and visualizations (graphs, diagrams, tables).
