Job Title: Purchasing and Supply SpecialistLocation: Lviv, UkraineEmployment: Full-time (in the office)Subordination: To the Purchasing and Supply ManagerQualification requirements: Higher education, master's degree (bachelor's degree) in economics, commerce, business administration, engineering, law or accounting accounting, or another field related to procurement. Work experience - at least 1 year. Work experience in international and Ukrainian non-governmental organizations and projects financed by foreign donors will be a great advantage. Languages: Ukrainian — fluent, English — intermediate level (mandatory requirement). Possession of Microsoft office suite and other relevant software (especially in MS Excel) Procurement and supply specialist should know: Ukrainian legislation, resolutions, orders, decisions and other legal acts of state authorities and local self-government bodies that regulate the activities of non-governmental organizations (hereinafter - NGO); Humanitarian principles of NGO activity; The procedure for developing commercial terms of agreements, contracts, agreements; Rules of Incoterms; Ethics of business communication. Main duties and tasks: Organizes tender purchases of the Organization in accordance with the set technical task and project needs. Engages in the search and audit of suppliers, focusing on the quality of the proposed material - technical resources, price, terms of delivery, favorable terms of delivery, etc. Prepares pre-tender documentation and distributes it among potential suppliers. Participates in negotiations with suppliers for the purpose of coordinating orders, agreeing terms and delivery terms, concluding contracts with suppliers. Involved in the preparation of claims against suppliers in case of their breach of contractual obligations, in agreeing with suppliers on changes to the terms of concluded contracts. Monitors the effectiveness of logistics procedures within the framework of project activities in order to improve them. Performs other tasks stipulated in the job description.
