Procurement Analyst (Pharmacy) in Arte Business Group

A stable domestic company, a leader in the sale of raw materials for manufacturing companies invites to its team a Purchasing analyst (pharma)

Main requirements:

• Higher education (chemical, pharmaceutical);
• Knowledge of the range of excipients for pharmaceuticals or veterinary drugs;
• Experience in development recipes, production technologies or procurement of raw materials at a pharmaceutical plant;
• Experience in purchasing pharmaceutical ingredients or ingredients for veterinary drugs;
• Analytical mindset, the ability to build effective communication, skills in marketing forecasting methods, mastering methods of information collection, consolidation and analysis

Responsibilities:

• Management of warehouse stocks, formation of orders for the supply of goods;
• Formation of recommendations for establishing a competitive pricing policy based on monitoring of market prices and warehouse stock;
• Market analysis (competitors, customs bases, customers), formation of conclusions;
• Introduction of new products into the portfolio, development of a plan for bringing them to the market (target customers, competitive pricing policy, advantages over existing market offers);
• Control of turnover inventory, formation of proposals to accelerate the sale of illiquid;
• Communication with the sales team in order to increase product sales;
• Communication with purchasing managers, ZED specialists for effective composition formation, competitive profitable prices;
• Formation of regular reports on their products
