Procurement Analyst in GHOST

Will be responsible for the management of suppliers until material inventory is ready to be shipped direct to one of our co-packers, 3PL warehouses or a GHOST warehouse.Duties/Responsibilities:Purchase order placement to all suppliers within the beverage network and life cycle tracking of raw materials within the networkWork with suppliers to manage production schedule and ability to adjust within a short time frame to meet customer demandReceive/build out inventory from co-manufacturers within NetSuite (ERP)Work with the manufacturing partners to fix any systematic versus physical errorsPerform ad-hoc tasks as requestedQualifications:3+ years of experience in raw material procurement, inventory management, inventory control, production planning; preferably in the food or beverage consumer products industryBachelor's degree in business, supply chain or related field of study, or the equivalent, requiredStrong technical skills working with an ERP - NetSuite preferredProficient with Excel and analyzing data/working with numbers across systems and spreadsheetsCollaborative team skillsMust have strong attention to detail skillsStrong written and verbal communication skillsAt GHOST we are building the brand we all wish existed.
