Procurement Analyst in Vodafone Ukrayina

Responsibilities:

• Preparation, support and development of the array of reports of the Procurement and Logistics Directorate, including the collection, processing and verification of the array of data necessary for the preparation of reports and data quality control
• Preparation of analytical materials and recommendations for management decision-making
• Providing the necessary information, analytical materials, conclusions of the company's employees from the procurement activities
• Collection and processing of information necessary for management and evaluation of suppliers
• Performing calculations of the performance indicators of the Procurement and Logistics Directorate, including the collection and processing and verification of the array of data necessary for the calculation of KPI
• Preparation of presentations as part of the activities of the Directorate
• Analytical support of procurement projects: analysis of the commercial part, automation of the evaluation process in regular procurement and etc.
• Participation in the collection and preparation of information for the audit (analysis of purchases in terms of accounting nomenclature, suppliers, types of purchases, purchase categories etc.)
• Participation in cross-functional processes and projects

Requirements:

• Higher education (economics, finance, analytics, IT or related fields)
• Work experience in similar positions and in the field of analytics or data analysis at least 2 years
• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Power Point at an advanced level
• Experience with Power BI and knowledge of SQL for working with large datasets would be an advantage
• Understanding procurement processes, category management and key procurement performance metrics would be an advantage
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, ability to interpret data and formulate sound conclusions
• Attention to details, systematicity, responsibility
• English language - at the level of working with documentation and professional communication (not below Intermediate)
