BF "Right to Defense" (hereinafter - the Foundation) is a charitable organization that focuses its activities on providing assistance to internally displaced persons (IDPs), victims of war, refugees and stateless persons. The Fund is an executive partner of the UNHCR and monitors the situation of protection of the rights of IDPs, providing legal assistance and strengthening the humanitarian response in 22 regions of Ukraine, and also promotes changes in the national legal base, bringing it into line with international standards in the field of human rights.

Purpose:The process analyst will be responsible for the analysis, description, schematic display and optimization of the organization's business processes in order to increase their efficiency and consistency between departments.

    Description and visualization of processes: creation of documents and diagrams reflecting current processes.

  • Analysis of existing processes to identify shortcomings, bottlenecks and opportunities for improvement, work with existing documentation.

  • Communication with all departments to collect information about current processes and identify problems.

  • Planning tasks for the implementation of new or improved processes.

  • Conducting meetings and consultations with key employees involved in the processes.

  • Collection and analysis of process performance indicators.

  • Implementation of changes in processes andcontrol over their effectiveness.

  • Development of recommendations for optimizing processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.

requirements:

  • Experience in the field of process description and optimization.

  • Analytical skills to identify problems and develop solutions.

  • High level of communication for cooperation with different divisions.

  • Ability to plan and prioritize tasks.

    Identified the main problems in the current processes and suggested ways to solve them.

  • Increasing the efficiency of work of departments thanks to optimized processes.
