We are looking for a promising and ambitious process analyst who will drive changes and grow in a new to the data tribe team.

We will have a perfect match, if you have:

• A deep understanding of the basics of business analysis and the software development process (methodologies, SDLC, etc.).
• 6+ months of experience working with large volumes of data
• Competent drafting of technical tasks, user scenarios and stories.
• Requirements management: discovery, description, approval, attributes quality and other.
• Ability to work with software products for data analysis, report creation and visualizations (such as Excel, Tableau and Power BI).
• Business processes: understanding, research, model and notation.
• A level of English that will allow working with documentation

Future tasks:

• Deep analysis of processes, search for "bottlenecks" and work with business process owners on improvement actions
• Preparation of reasoned recommendations for optimization of business processes and elimination of problems, respectively to the problems found.
• Identification, collection, formation, testing and approval of requirements and key indicators for process research.
• Modeling and analysis of customer dashboards
• Communication with domains experts, customers and project managers during process research.
• Creation of process models, presentations and process or project descriptions in communication with other team members.
• Checking business processes for compliance business logic
• Evaluation of results by key parameters.
• Reports and documentation for users and the team.
• Collection and analysis of feedback from project participants.< /li>
