Process Manager (BPMS) in Kyivstar/Kiyivstar

Companies to agree, implement and monitor initiatives. This role combines:

•Process owner - responsible for the construction, maintenance and efficiency of business processes.

•Business analyst - who knows how to work with data, success metrics and see trends for improvement.

Main tasks

•Management and business process support, approval and implementation of business process automation initiatives in the BPMS system.

•Analysis of process metrics, data and process metrics, and trends to identify points of improvement. growth and preparation of proposals for improvement.

•Participation in development and support Process management methodology support. processes and participation in their automation in Jira (in cooperation with the contractor).

•Interaction with stakeholders to gather needs, update procedures and improve process efficiency. by process users to identify needs, analyze and update procedures in accordance with current operational activities.

•Formation Development of recommendations and initiatives to improve business processes in cooperation with stakeholders.

•Methodological support for teams: consulting, providing practical recommendations and conducting trainings.

•Preparation of analytical materials, presentations, reports and training materials.

Our ideal candidate

•Has a higher education (technical, economic or managerial).

•Well understands the principles of building and optimizing business processes and algorithms.

•Speaks English at least Upper-Intermediate.

•Has developed strong analytical, communication and presentation skills, able to work with a large volume of information.

•Able to think systematically, defend a position with arguments and conduct negotiations effectively.

•Owns project management and team interaction tools: MS Project, Confluence, Jira, MS Teams.

•Knows BPMN 2.0 notation and principles, has experience in process modeling and knows how to use UML. 

•Oriented towards development, constant training and improvement of approaches.

Will be an advantage

•Experience in positions of Business Analyst / Process Owner / Project Manager. or similar.

•Availability of PMP, Lean, BPMN, Agile certificates.
