Analysis of business processes: Evaluation of current business processes in the company to determine opportunities for their improvement and efficiency. 2. Development of business processes: development of new processes, which includes definition of goals, objectives, responsibilities and KPIs (key performance indicators). 3. Implementation of processes: Implementation of new or updated processes in the operation of the restaurant, including training for staff and monitoring of their implementation. 4. Control and optimization: Continuous monitoring and analysis of the effectiveness of processes for their further optimization and improvement. 5. Communication with all involved parties: Maintaining effective communication with all departments and involved parties, setting tasks and monitoring their execution. 6. Risk and change management: Identification of potential risks related to business processes and development of plans for their minimization, as well as change management in the organization. 7. Documentation and standardization: Organization of the development of detailed documentation for business processes and their standardization to ensure consistency and quality of business processes. 8. Use of technologies: Implementation and use of appropriate technological tools for improving the efficiency and productivity of business processes. 10. Continuous development and training: Continuous self-improvement and training in order to stay abreast of modern trends and methods of business process management. Candidate requirements: Higher education in economics. Experience in a managerial position from 3- x years. Analytical mindset, developed logic, critical thinking. Work with the Microsoft Office suite of programs (including Microsoft Visio), work with CRM systems, experience in 1C will be an advantage. Working conditions: Schedule: Mon - Fri: 9: 00 - 18:00.
