Process Manager in Kyivstar/Kiyivstar

Purpose of the position:

Contribute to the achievement of the Company's strategic goals and increase its operational and business efficiency through the optimization, automation and development of business processes.

About the role

We are looking for a colleague in the department of process management and corporate efficiency

who will help improve the Company's approach to approval, implementation and monitoring initiatives.

This role combines:

•Process owner - responsible for the construction, maintenance and efficiency of business processes.

•Business analyst - who knows how to work with data, success metrics and see trends for improvement.

Main tasks

•Manage and support business processes of approval and implementation initiatives.

•Analyze data and process metrics, identify growth points and prepare proposals for improvement.

•Support process methodology and participate in their automation in Jira (in cooperation with the contractor).

•Interact with process users to identify needs, analyze and update procedures in accordance with current operational activities.

•Develop recommendations and initiatives to improve business processes in cooperation with stakeholders.

•Methodological support for teams: consulting, providing practical recommendations and conducting trainings.

•Preparation of analytical materials, reports and training materials.

Our ideal candidate

•Has a higher education (technical, economic or managerial).

•Understands the principles of building business processes and algorithms.

•Knows BPMN notation and principles of process modeling.

•Has basic data analytics skills (SQL / Excel / Power BI / Google Sheets).

•Able to work with KPI, SLA, OKR, dashboards.

•Has understanding integrations and automations (Jira, Power Automate or similar).

•Able to prepare process documentation (business requirements, process maps, instructions).

•Oriented towards development, constant learning and improvement of approaches.

Will be an advantage

•Experience in the positions of Business Analyst / Process Owner / Project Manager or similar.

•Availability of PMP, Lean or similar.
