Process management specialist, business analyst in Grandoinvest

A large agricultural holding in Moldova requires a process management specialist (business analyst) on a remote basis. Requirements: Proficiency in one or more process description notations: IDEF0, EPC, BPMN (or others). Knowledge of statistical process management methods, techniques and methods for collecting information about processes. Practical skills in modeling, analysis and regulation of processes. Ability to structure and analyze a large amount of information (including statistical) Knowledge of project management, skills in planning interrelated work performed by different performers (including the project budget). Presentation skills, detailed elaboration of management decisions, setting and monitoring the execution of tasks. Programs for modeling business processes and business architecture: business Studio, MS Visio, Bizagi, Orgmaster or analogues - a confident user. MS Excel or other similar programs - a confident user (fluent in pivot tables, compound formulas, creation and editing diagrams) 1C or other accounting systems, ERP - at the user level (knowledge of the interface, understanding of operating principles and functionality). Business process management systems (BPMS) - Elma, Bizagi, 1C.Processes, Naumen BPM or analogues - at user level (understanding of operating principles and functionality).MS Project, 1C PM or similar project management software - at the user level (knowledge of the interface, understanding of operating principles and functionality). Responsibilities: Description of processes as they are and as they should be; Analysis and optimization of processes; Regulation of processes; Audit of processes; Updating the organizational structure and process model in Business Studio; Updating job descriptions; Identification and analysis of lost working time; Development of performance indicators for processes, departments, employees ;Building a system for recording performance indicators; Analysis of performance indicators, preparing decisions to improve them; Development and approval of internal regulatory documents; Putting into effect internal regulatory documents; Monitoring the implementation and relevance of internal regulatory documents; Withdrawal of internal regulatory documents from circulation.
