Process Lead in Filip Morris Ukrayina*

We are looking for a ProcessLead to be a key player in the cigarette production team. This role combines technical expertise, analytical thinking and leadership in continuous improvement processes.

OKEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Optimization of production processes
  - Management of loss elimination processes, failure analysis and implementation of solutions.
• Working with data and tools
  - Analysis of line events, responsibility for control systems line.
• Training of colleagues
  - Training operators and technical personnel in troubleshooting tools.
• Quality and safety control
  - Ensuring compliance with quality standards and occupational health and safety requirements.
  - Conducting regular inspections, analyzing incidents and implementing corrective actions.
• Equipment changeover management
  - Establishing quick changeover standards for various SKU.
  - Finding opportunities to optimize the reconfiguration process.
• Participation in improvement projects
  - Collaboration with teams and implementation of initiatives to improve production efficiency.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• Higher technical education.
• Experience in production or technical field (from 2 years).
• High analytical skills.
• Ability to work with data in Excel, Power BI.
• Knowledge of tools and implementation of IWS (Integrated Work System) will be an advantage.
• Pre-Intermediate+ English level.
