The Lighting Systems Production Plant in Chrzanów produces rear and front lamps for passenger cars using advanced metallization, assembly and plastic injection technologies. In addition, the plant has a fully equipped measurement laboratory with a unique tunnel for photometric tests. Due to the development of new projects, a modern Development Center was opened in Chrzanów, which will focus on the design and production of innovative lighting systems dedicated to passenger cars. 

We are currently recruiting for the position of Process Engineer for the Lighting Systems Production Plant in Chrzanów.

Chrzanów

Your duties will include:

< li> Process modifications to improve production quality and efficiency;
• Implementation of instrumentation changes to improve the quality and efficiency of the process;
• Close cooperation with other departments to implement any improvements;
• Participation in Valeo Production System workshops;
• Preparing workplace and safety instructions;
• Improving the safety of production areas;
• Introducing new references to production lines;
• Offering equipment, cooperation with suppliers and supervision during the execution of orders;
• Creating FMEA and control plans as well as their supervision and modification.

• Higher education in engineering (major);
• Communicative knowledge of English;
• Experience in a similar position in a production company - welcome;
• Very good knowledge of technical drawing;
• Knowledge of process tools (FMEA, SPC);
• Developed communication, analytical and organizational skills;
• Ability to work in a team and resistance to stress;
• Creativity and dynamism in action.
