Process Engineer in OTP BANK Ukraine

Now we are looking for< strong style="font-style: inherit; font-weight: 700">IT process management manager.

Your future responsibilities:

• Analysis of existing IT processes to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies and opportunities for optimization.
• Development and maintenance of process documentation, including procedures, instructions and policies.
• Implementation of standards and practices management of IT processes, including ITIL and COBIT.
• Collaboration with teams to ensure the implementation and improvement of IT processes.
• Participation in the development and maintenance of tools for automation and monitoring of IT processes.
• Collaborate with other teams to ensure integration of IT processes with the Bank's business processes.
• Manage changes in IT processes, including communicating with stakeholders and managing expectations.
• Conduct IT process audits to ensure compliance internal and external standards and requirements.
• Implementation and management of the KPI system for core IT.
• Solving process-related issues and providing recommendations for improvement.

Requirements for the candidate:

• Knowledge and experience of IT management practices such as ITIL, COBIT, ISO 20000, CMMI, Six Sigma, BS.
• Understanding of Agile and Scrum principles.
• Work skills with tools for modeling and analysis of processes.
• Understanding the specifics of the organization of Business and IT processes, operational activities of the bank.
• Knowledge of banking legislation in the field of IT, normative legal acts of the NBU and other regulations.
• Experience with IT project management tools (Jira, Confluence).
• Understanding of IT service management approaches.
• Experience in writing regulatory documents (business processes/banking products).
• The ability to clearly express your thoughts orally and in writing, excellent communication skills.
