Process efficiency manager in Ukrposhta

Right now we are looking for a Process Efficiency Manager

Main Responsibilities:

• Business Process Modeling
• Calculation of process costs and creation of calculators for various activities, including trade, catalog trade, sale of medicines, realization of philately, subscription and import/export
• Analysis of current business processes by areas of activity: trade, catalog trade, sale of medicines, implementation of philately, subscription, import/export
• Development and documentation of business process models in the form of block diagrams (AS-IS, TO-BE)
• Definition of key stages, roles of participants, control points and bottlenecks
• Formation of proposals for optimization processes, increasing efficiency and reducing operating costs
• Collection and systematization of data on the use of resources within each business process
• Building process cost calculation models
• Determining cost drivers and reporting with details on processes, divisions and areas of activity
• Preparation of analytical conclusions regarding the economic efficiency of business processes
• Creating dynamic cost calculators for various areas activities
• Automation of calculations using Excel, Power BI
• Development of convenient interfaces for users of business units (taking into account variable parameters, coefficients, rates, tariffs, etc.)
• Maintaining the relevance of calculators, updating formulas and parameters in response to changes in economic conditions
• Interaction with other units
• Analysis of the effectiveness of business processes and costs for each direction
• Preparation of recommendations for optimizing costs, increasing productivity and implementing automation
• Monitoring indicators after implementing changes and calculating the economic effect

The successful candidate meets the following requirements:

• Higher education (economics, finance, business analytics or related)
• Experience with business process modeling and/or cost calculation from 2 years
• Confident user of Excel, Power BI
• Experience with BPMN schemes preferred
• Analytical thinking, attention to details, skills in presenting results
• Ability towork in a team and communicate with different departments.
