Process analyst (retail department) in Saltivskiy m’yasokombinat

The SMK Retail group of companies is included in the list of the main Ukrainian retailers in the country with more than 600 retail outlets. SMK Retail has two directions: branded stores of Saltiv and Kyiv meat processing plants and the Rulka supermarket chain. 

We are looking for a person with systems thinking who will be able to help optimize and systematize the company's organizational processes.

• Higher technical, mathematical or economic education or similar disciplines
• Experience as an analyst in retail or related industries for at least 1 year
• Knowledge of modern methodologies and business process analysis tools (BPMN, Lean, Six Sigma, etc.)
• Knowledge of basic notations BPMN, IDFE, UML
• Experience with software for process modeling and automation (ARIS, Bizagi , Visio, Miro, etc.)

  Responsibilities:
• Analysis of current operational processes in the company's retail sector
• Development and implementation of new, more effective business processes
• Evaluation of the effectiveness and productivity of existing processes
• Participation in projects on digitization and automation of operational processes
• Preparation of reports and presentations for management based on the analysis performed
• Writing instructions and rules regarding the implementation of processes and the training of employees on new processes
