What to do:
- Development and implementation of the development strategy of the Client-Bank taking into account the needs of corporate clients and the general business strategy of the bank.
- Building and permanent optimization of the corporate client onboarding process
- Building a process of supporting corporate clients - users of the Client-Bank, writing instructions and presentations for them.
- Formation and management of the backlog of digital solutions, prioritization of tasks on based on the analysis of received data, customer needs and business goals.
- Interaction with IT departments of the bank and suppliers of digital solutions, in terms of setting tasks, business testing, effective management of improvements, and implementation of new functions for digital solutions.
- Analysis of the market, competitor solutions, best practices in the field of digital banking for a corporate client.
- Management of the product life cycle, including monitoring of its metrics successes, testing hypotheses and implementing the necessary solutions or changes.
- Interaction with internal and external stakeholders, including business units, support units, customers and their vendors, regarding digital solutions.
- Organization of the process of receiving feedback from users of digital services, surveys or measuring the level of satisfaction with services, conducting interviews with customers, participating in UX/UI research.
- Ensuring compliance of digital services with regulatory requirements and security standards.
