Process Analyst in MAUDAU

Responsibilities: Assist in business process improvement, process modernization, and process design to achieve business goals. Identify technical issues and develop solutions to support business goals. Track and control the identification, recording, assignment, escalation, and resolution of issues. processes with existing business processes Collaborate with internal guests to understand business requirements and needs Identify opportunities to optimize business processes Develop business modeling standards and recommendations Participate in reviewing and updating business processes to meet changing business needs Create, update, review and approve documentation for new and of existing business processesManagement and mentoring of cross-functional teams for the successful execution of business projectsProviding recommendations on business reengineering activities to improve productivityCooperation with cross-functional teams to coordinate and optimize business processesSupporting business continuity and disaster recovery planning after a crisisMaintaining the relevance of business process documentation (tracking changes , documentation updates, etc.) Key requirements: 3+ years of relevant experience and demonstrated leadership skills Higher education in engineering, business or computer science Analytical mindset (ability to draw correct conclusions, avoid cognitive distortions, build cause-and-effect relationships) Structural and critical thinking ( ability to structure information and build frames) Ability to use data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Power BI) Basic knowledge of financial accounting, the concept of management reporting and fin. modeling Basic knowledge of warehouse and transport logistics Project management experience with knowledge of methodology Lean Six Sigma black belt will be a plus Work with e-comm projects will be a plus Why MAUDAU is cool?
