• Knowledge of the English language at a level not lower than C1 (advanced) ; 
• Customer support experience;
• PC knowledge at the level of a confident user;
• Ability to work with large amounts of information and willingness to learn ;
• Resistance to stress, responsibility, attention to detail;
• High communication skills, conflict management, ability to think flexibly and out of the box. 
  
  Responsibilities:
  
  
• Working with VIP clients to meet their needs;
• Online customer support;
• Processing of incoming e-mail requests, chats, calls;
• Help solve customer problems, record and transfer requests to technical departments;
• Outbound activity in the form of sms-messages, emails, calls for the purpose of retention;
• Working with the customer base (tracking activity and responding to certain patterns of behavior);
• Informing customers about current events /promotions on the site, make direct sales using incoming/outgoing chats and calls.
