Responsibilities:
- Working with VIP clients to meet their needs;
- Online customer support;
- Processing of incoming e-mail requests, chats, calls;
- Help solve customer problems, record and transfer requests to technical departments;
- Outbound activity in the form of sms-messages, emails, calls for the purpose of retention;
- Working with the customer base (tracking activity and responding to certain patterns of behavior);
- Informing customers about current events /promotions on the site, make direct sales using incoming/outgoing chats and calls.
