Requirements

Necessary knowledge and experience:

• Work experience in the banking sector with cashier customer service from 6 months
• Fluency in the state business language
• Good computer skills, knowledge of the latest applied office programs
• Higher or secondary special education

Skills:

• High responsibility, attention to details
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with different types of clients
• Willingness to learn quickly and improve your skills

Responsibilities:

• Carrying out cash operations with cash and valuables: payments, currency exchange operations, money transfers, repayment of loans and other banking operations
• Providing professional and friendly service to bank clients, including greeting/meeting clients at the branch
• Cash accounting, compliance with security standards and internal rules of the bank
• Opening, closing and maintenance of accounts of private bank customers
• Sale of banking products , identifying customer needs and recommending appropriate solutions
• Participate in the opening/closing process of the operational day
