You will join a brand new team that will focus on closing design gaps, fixing bugs, and helping the company with the integration of the Salesforce ecosystem.Requirements:7 years of application development experience4+ years of experience with the Salesforce ecosystem and lightning frameworkMust have the knowledge and practical application of Visualforce, APEX; Force.com APIs, Web Services, and Experience builderExperience with source control systems like Azure DevOps, GITExperience with the creation and maintenance of Salesforce CPQ profiles, permission sets, and objectsExperience in Salesforce CPQ, both out of the box and customizationsDeliver solutions in Agile methodology in CI/CD environmentDemonstrated ability to coach and mentor othersDemonstrated ability to build rapport and maintain productive working relationships cross-departmentally and cross-functionallyExcellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with and present to all stakeholders including senior leadershipStrong organizational, planning, and creative problem-solving skills with critical attention to detailDemonstrated success in facilitation and solutions implementationProven track record of leading application development projectsHistory of balancing competing priorities with the ability to adapt to the changing needs of the business while meeting deadlinesExcellent customer-facing skills that include conducting compelling technical briefings & demonstrationsAbility to perform effective code reviews and recommend automated review tools for the teamShifted hours 10AM-7PM or 9AM-6PM. Central time overlap required: ~2-4 hours per dayResponsibilities:Execute all phases of the software development life cycle.Autonomously manage tasks for smaller projects and take on the role of technical lead for projects of varying sizes.Assess operational needs, costs, and resource requirements for assigned projects, collaborating with project managers as needed.Co-lead an agile team alongside the Product Owner, applying Salesforce/CPQ best practices and design methodologies, such as use case analysis, object modeling, and UI design, to ensure alignment with business requirements and design objectives.Participate actively in application architecture planning, including framework design, to determine the most suitable solution architecture for optimal efficiency, maintainability, and scalability.Take the lead in developing high-level system narratives, storyboards, user interface prototypes, and detailed design specifications, providing guidance to the technical team.Develop system test plans, ensure compliance with software quality assurance (SQA) standards, and validate the achievement of business goals.Lead the development of detailed project estimates, covering resource allocation, timelines, and budget considerations.Adhere to coding standards and quality in application development and help improve such standards.Identify and address issues requiring attention, resolving them with a clear understanding of the underlying business problem.Make informed technical decisions aligned with the product roadmap, architecture standards, and management directives.Coach, mentor, and monitor the progress of junior team members.Direct and focus the efforts of the technical project team, ensuring alignment with project objectives.Deliver projects and tasks in a timely manner, honoring commitments to stakeholders and management.
