Our client is a global biopharmaceutical company that focuses on patient needs and research. Due to the growing demands within the organization, we are looking for candidates for the position of  Principal React Engineer.

Requirements

• 10+ years of overall experience in software engineering. 
• 8+ years of experience in React. 
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, or a related field. 
• Fluency and extensive expertise in React, JavaScript, TypeScript, Node.js, and a variety of well-known libraries. 
• Hands-on experience in building and maintaining React applications at an enterprise scale. 
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills and ability to partner effectively with teams in a fully remote environment and discuss complex topics with technical and non-technical audiences. 
• You are self-directed, innovative, and biased towards action in fast-paced environments. You love to build new things and thrive in ambiguity and even failure. 
• Experience in the technical leading group of developers, and being responsible for outcome delivery. 
• Solid knowledge of testing principles to grow a tight development feedback loop. 
• Experience in mentoring and coaching engineers and providing technical feedback to their ideas. 
• Speak English proficiently

,[As a Staff Engineer, you'll be a technical leader, architecting complex features, mentoring engineers, and collaborating closely with designers, product managers, and other engineers to create exceptional user experiences , Work in the clinical research industry on the internal product used to accelerate clinical trials. , Provide technical expertise to a team of several engineers to develop new and maintain existing features. , Focus on application architecture to ensure high-quality software. , Create and develop web applications and ship user-facing features with JavaScript and modern, component-based JS frameworks from the React ecosystem. , Cooperate with Quality Engineers to ensure a reasonable level of automated end-to-end test coverage. , Cooperate with backend engineers and software architects to ensure the alignment of proposed solutions on a system level. , Promote a culture of using reusable code, quality standards, and libraries for future use, promoting efficiency and consistency. , Take care of application security, from design to implementation. , Collaborate closely with product and design teams to translate product vision into reality.
