We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Software Test Performance Engineer specializing in performance testing for web-hosted, multi-modular commercial software. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of performance testing aspects such as load, throughput, and user concurrency.

Required experience, skills and qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in a similar role, focusing on software test automation and performance testing.
• Proficiency in Java and experience with Selenium for test automation.
• Familiarity with a variety of performance testing tools and frameworks (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner, Gatling).
• Knowledge of web technologies and architectures.
• Ability to interpret and analyze complex data to draw meaningful conclusions.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred experience, skills and qualifications:

• Experience with cloud-based performance testing tools.
• Understanding of Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) practices and tools.
• Knowledge of containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
