Principal / Lead Quality Assurance Engineer C# (CoPilot) in Akvelon, Inc

We are seeking an experienced Principal / Lead Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team working on the client's project. The company specializes in providing software and services for the legal, professional, and financial services industries.Details: You will be responsible for establishing the QA process for this product from the ground up, requiring a leadership role.Requirements:- Locations of work: Poland, Croatia, Portugal- Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in both automation and manual testing.- Proficiency in programming with C# and Specflow to validate software functionality, preferably in a Windows environment.Strong understanding of manual testing methodologies and practices.- Basic administration skills including setting up IIS, SQL Server.- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.- Knowledge of SQL and ability to write complex queries.- Upper-Intermediate level of English proficiency for clear and effective communication in a global team.- Availability to work at least till 12 AM PST to ensure smooth collaboration with our global team.- Minimum 1-year Lead/Mentoring experienceTeam Composition:- Currently, there are three developers on the team and a Technical Program Manager (TPM).
