• Passion for cartography, eye for design & strong aesthetic sense
• Ability & willingness to think deeply into map rendering (incl 3D ) & apply designs to technical possibilities & limitations
• Ability to implement styling & mapping with code
• Open minded & visionary thinking for future concepts, new technical capabilities and challenges
• Drive for excellence and comfort working independently with little supervision

Your experience

• Bachelor/Master in Cartography, Geography, GIS or related field
• +8 years’ experience in digital mapping
• Experience with Mapbox
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
• Jira / Agile / Gitlab
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken

Would be a plus


• Understanding of vector tiles and JSON
• Experience in Blender

Beyond styling our work touches on data analysis, compilation, rendering & design. The mix of design & engineering is unique and excites & challenges us every day.
