We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Principal Designer to join our creative team. As a Principal Designer, you will be responsible for execution, overseeing and guiding the design process, providing analytics, interface design, creative direction, and ensuring high-quality design deliverables. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their expertise and a proven track record of creation of web and mobile design interfaces.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute creative concepts, taking into consideration user needs, brand guidelines, and market trends.
• Oversee the end-to-end design process, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality design deliverables.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including stakeholders and developers, to understand project requirements and translate them into effective design solutions.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies, and implement them as appropriate to enhance the design process.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and allocate resources effectively.

Required Qualifications

• Extensive experience (3+ years) working as a UX/UI designer with Web and Mobile application including iOS and Android;
• Analytical, UX and UI design skills;
• A compelling portfolio demonstrating expertise in various design disciplines and showcasing a range of projects in the web and mobile application field.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma
• Deep understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and user-centered design.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively present design concepts and rationale.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality design work.
• Motion design experience in order to create fascinating interfaces
• Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS
