Primary real estate sales manager in KBD

Construction company "KyivBudDevelopment". We are engaged in construction and beautiful residential and investment real estate in Kyiv.
We are looking for a Manager in the sales department for an object in Pushcha-Vodytsia, with sales experience and a desire to develop in the field of real estate! 

BASIC REQUIREMENTS:

Ability and love of communication: we are looking for a candidate with excellent communication skills (openness and empathy are essential)!
The candidate must have active sales skills sales
(if you already have experience in real estate sales, it will be a big plus, but sales experience in any other field)
ability to work in a team: to cooperate with different people in the company and to be a team player.
Owning own by car: to perform the duties of a real estate sales manager you need to have your own car, so having a car is an important requirement, because your clients can look at several of our properties, so you need to be as mobile as possible. we only hire people with a positive attitude to life, readiness for challenges and work in different conditions (and weather conditions too)
We know how to teach, support, develop, work with pleasure and go to the set goal together!

WHAT YOU WILL EARN:

Salary on average from $1,500 (maybe this is not your limit)

Modern office (located in the Pechersk district of Kyiv)
10:00 — 19:00; 10:00 - 17:00 on Saturday or Sunday.
