PRESIDENT POSITION SUMMARYThe President leads and drives the operations to ensure that high quality products are efficiently manufactured and delivered to clients on a timely basis. S/he will hold the team accountable and provide the structure necessary to achieve the strategic objectives utilizing lean principles. The President will utilize existing systems and processes and implement improvements as needed to facilitate future growth. S/he will promote a strong culture and ensure a “high quality and on-time delivery” mindset is upheld by all employees.RESPONSIBILITIESBe an operations-driven leader to deliver high quality engineered products on a timely basis.Deliver & achieve the best-in-class for efficiency, quality, on-time delivery, and customer satisfaction.Ensure that projects are moving efficiently and effectively from beginning to end.Rapidly make data-driven decisions.Measure operating metrics on a consistent basis and use them as a basis for key decision making.Define and implement both system and organizational strategies that will improve operations.Maintain control of production, spending, labor & material efficiency, and machine & employee utilization.Review performance against operating plans and quoted standards.Conduct departmental meetings with employees to develop tactics for the achievement of goals and objectives.Responsible for inventory and product order schedules - ensuring required service level goals are achieved for profitability and inventory turns.Conduct capacity requirement planning to ensure proper utilization of systems, people, equipment, and space.Establish and foster a continuous improvement mindset throughout operations.Collaborate with the CFO, Sales & Business Development, and IT to drive process improvements.Drive a relentless pursuit to ensure all orders are delivered on-time.Drive efforts to improve company culture and employee accountability.EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCEAn undergraduate degree and business experience in related field10+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment preferredComprehensive understanding of tooling and production, preferably in plasticsStrong Project Management skillsLean Six Sigma skills is a plus Show more Show less Должностной уровень Executive Тип занятости Полный рабочий день Должностные обязанности Стратегическое планирование, Администрация и Промышленное производство Отрасли Производство упаковочных материалов и контейнеров
