President/Chief Executive Officer - Lower-Middle Market Packaging Manufacturing – Private Equity Our client is a successful and growing manufacturer of custom corrugated packaging products under private equity ownership with ambitious plans to double the size of the business. The mandate is to take the reins of this lower middle-market, well-established company supporting a niche industry sector and expand the business through continued organic growth supported by investments which include new equipment and facilities. We are seeking a candidate with a background of P&L leadership experience in a middle market company or with divisional or business unit P&L leadership experience in a larger corporation who is ready to step into the CEO role. You will have experience in a custom corrugated packaging manufacturing environment with low volume, custom orders and quick turnaround times. You will have a proven ability to professionalize operations while growing the sales function and overseeing all aspects of the business. This position requires a strategically minded individual with previous success leading a business through transformational change and managing the implementation of cross-functional business process optimization initiatives to support productivity and profitability.
