We are looking for a Presales Engineer who will support our sales team in identifying and analyzing customers' business needs and proposing technical solutions tailored to these needs - maybe this is you? 🔎

What will the recruitment look like?

Recruitment will consist of the following stages:

1. Telephone screening with Maciek from HR.
2. Online or in-office meeting with Maciek, Head of Sales and Head of Delivery.
3. Meeting in the office with the COO.

We are looking for you if:

• you have at least 2 years of experience supporting sales teams as a technical expert,
• you have experience as a Software Engineer / Solution Architect / System Analyst or similar,
• you have worked with corporate clients, especially in the area of ​​fintech, insurance or banking,
• you have experience in analyzing customer needs and recommending technical proposals based on it,
• you like to cooperate directly with the client and at the same time you are not afraid to question their ideas,
• you know English very well, both spoken and written (level C1),
• you have very good analytical, organizational and interpersonal skills,
• you are comfortable working in a changeable environment, multitasking and are able to meet short deadlines,
• you have experience in design and demonstrating product capabilities using Proof-of-Concept (PoC).
• you have experience in conducting presentations and technical demonstrations and translating technical issues in an accessible and understandable way,
• hybrid work from our office in Gdańsk is not a problem for you.

Preferred:

• Higher technical education.

, [support of the Business Development Manager conducting the pre-sales process from a technical perspective by selecting appropriate technologies for new solutions/projects, , consultations with current and new clients in order to understand their goals, challenges and requirements in order to prepare appropriate proposals and valuations, cooperation with development teams to develop detailed technical specifications, acting as a link between the business and technical sides, developing and presenting proposals for solutions that meet customer needs (PoC), technological consultations with current customers, proposing improvements, modifications, capturing risks and responding to them, participation in R&D initiatives aimed at developing new products and services, joint implementation of pre-sales processes with the rest of the Sales & Marketing team (we have specialists in Business Development, Account Management and marketing on board), you will not be responsible for sales - we are not looking for a seller, just a person who will support us with his technical knowledge in pre-sale processes and preparing the best possible technological proposal for customers. ]
