Пряме повідомлення учасника, який розмістив вакансію, з Advanced Hosting Roman Kovalchuk Roman Kovalchuk Helping Tech Leaders to optimize IT infrastructure performance & expenses | MarTech, AdTech, AI/ML (GPU solutions) We are looking for a Pre-sales Engineer.Pre-Sales Engineer is responsible for providing technical expertise and solution-driven insights throughout the sales process, serves as the technical liaison between the internal team and potential clients, and collaborates with sales, marketing, product, and services teams to create personalized IT infrastructure solutions that will be perfectly aligned with client’s needsResponsibilities:Collaborate with the Sales Managers to understand clients' needs and technical requirements, handling and resolving technical questions and challenges encountered during the sales process;Delve into clients' issues and stringent requirements, thoroughly analyze them, organize and manage the team to design customized solutions that align with client’s business goals;Contribute to the development of commercial proposals by crafting solutions and their roadmap (PoC, MVP, etc.) considering the capabilities and abilities of the company to increase sales opportunities;Assist Marketing and Sales team in developing technical content;Stay updated on industry trends, competitive solutions, and emerging technologies to provide strategic insights;Collaborate closely with product management and delivery offices by providing feedback from clients with a focus on enhancing our offerings;Requirements:Understanding of the hosting and IaaS market;Deep Knowledge of infrastructure components: public or private cloud, bare-metal servers, CDN, firewalls, and others;Experience in crafting hybrid solutions, securing and explaining them in a clear manner with all characteristics, pros and cons, and limitations;Understanding of basic Linux/Unix, networking, containerization, virtualization principles, and CDN principles;Proven track record in B2B sales is a must; experience at the enterprise level is an advantage;Advanced proficiency in English and Ukrainian/Russian is essential;Experience in content creation: blogs, articles, presentations;We offer:Competitive paymentOpportunity to work from any place in Europe (we provide technical support and arrange workplace)25 working days for rest annually, and also paid sick leavesDifferent benefits: lunches, insurance, English courses, corporate activities, and gifts.
