Presale, technical support (remote) in IT Cervis, TOV

We are looking for a presale (specialist who analyzes B2B customer requests from the technical side and helps choose IT solutions to solve these requests) for a product IT company "Soflist".

If you have a technical education, you are well versed in IT products , at the same time you have good communication skills and a desire to work with clients - this position is for you.

There is no direct sales here, but the right technical skills are important evaluation of the client's request and professional consultation.

It is important for candidates:< /p>

• higher technical education is desirable;
• understanding of the principles of operation of the main solutions in the field of information security (hardware and software ) industry leaders (Fortinet, Cisco, CheckPoint, Trellix, CrowdStrike, SentinelOne);
• experience working with IT solutions from at least one of the listed vendors.

Functional duties:

• work in the direction of information security (hardware and software) of industry leaders (Fortinet, Cisco, CheckPoint, Trellix, CrowdStrike, SentinelOne);
• negotiations with the customer, identify needs of the client;
• prepare a technical solution and estimate its budget;
• justify the advantages of the chosen solution from the point of view of the client's business;
• technical preparation and conducting presentations to potential customers together with managers from sales;
• technical support of sales managers at all stages;
• preparation of technical materials (presentations, comparison tables, questionnaires) and proposals for customers;
• participation in the preparation of marketing materials, participation in exhibitions, seminars, conferences.
