Premium Support Specialist in SKELAR

SKELAR is a venture builder that builds international product IT companies according to the rules of the venture investment world. Together with the co-founders, we gather strong teams to launch product IT businesses and win in global markets. We are currently looking for a Premium Support Agent for one of our businesses. What challenges await you as a Premium Support Agent: — building and developing long-term relationships with customers ;— retaining and returning customers to the product—turnkey solution of customer issues, finding the best ways to solve them;—proactive work with customer suggestions, transferring them to the product;—communication with external stakeholders to solve casesWhat is important to us :— English B2+, spoken and written. This is very important for us, because we communicate mainly with Americans;— 2+ years of experience in sales, account management, teams working with VIP clients;— Experience working with premium clients;— Absolute ownership of your area of ​​responsibility, projects and "turnkey" initiatives;— Strong communication and written skills: the ability to communicate with clients in calls, keep them in the goals and lines of conversation, work with objections, be able to solve cases in correspondence. It will be a plus:— the presence of an internal standard for communication with clients and a healthy understanding of the phrase "the customer is always right"; — experience of working in Western markets (USA, Canada, Europe); — the ability to explain complex things in simple words. In addition to businesses, we are developing the SKELAR foundation from the employees of our venture builder to support the Armed Forces. As part of the initiative, we create and finance large projects that help bring our victory closer. We plan to continue to develop tech businesses, conquer global markets and work for the victory of Ukraine.
