This position has in direct report – the Edrington Brand Ambassador.Brand Manager establish and manage the marketing agenda for the portfolio starting from identifying country key big bets to the moment when related marketing programs planned and executed. Responsible to work closely with key business stakeholders across marketing, sales, commercial excellence, finance, and supply chain and play a leading role in the Spirits Marketing leadership team. A strategic goal is to drive business performance thru sustainable The Edrington spirits portfolio growth. Clear focus would be revenue and profit delivery for the respective portfolio with fueling value share growth and continuously growing quality leadership ratio.YOUR NEW KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Helps create a long-term plan and BP for Brand development, taking into global priorities and local channelsManages budget planning, controlling, and reconciliation, conducting quarterly reviews with A&P reports.Owns Edrington Group Portfolio budget for holistic execution of annual Sales & Marketing activity calendar.Controls financial payments to Edrington & ARDA, ensuring effective cost management.Plans depletion/demand/stock with Logistics, optimizing SKUs and avoiding damaging of expensive SKUs.Defines 360 LoS Brands KBIS and ensures disciplined execution of brand calendars aligned with sales calendars.Maps portfolio opportunities, calculates Size of the prize, and contributes to long-term country big bets.Partners with key stakeholders to address channel/region specific needs through sales and marketing programs.Adapts global portfolio plans to the local market, explores system best practices, and integrates cross-merchandising opportunities.Manages and executes new Edrington portfolio launches, SKU rationalization, and harmonization, including ongoing monitoring and corrective actions for Marketing programs.ARE THESE YOUR SECRET INGREDIENTS?I have at least 5 years of comparable experience in large, complex, multi-channel organizations;I am a proficient user of MS Office;I have a high level of communication skills;I am quick in understanding customer's needs;I have fluent level of English;I am responsible, result-oriented and agile.WE OFFER:Official employment;Competitive and stable salary;Benefits package (health insurance, life insurance, 31 calendar days of annual leave, partial meal compensation, monthly free product sampling);Training and professional growth opportunities in a large international company;A friendly team of professionals and shared entertaining corporate events.ABOUT YOUR NEW TEAM:We are a family of over 36 thousand engaged people.
