Main responsibilities:

• Attracting and individual service of Premium clients
• Increasing the client base of Premium clients
• Conducting meetings with Premium clients
• Implementation of established KPIs
• Attraction for lending (credit limits, car loan, mortgage)
• Making calls to clients with current offers of the bank
• Performing errands customers in online chat 24/7
• Compliance with standards and quality level of customer service

Main requirements:

• Higher education (economics, management, finance, banking)
• 1+ year of work experience in the banking system
• Knowledge of products, services and of bank services in the area of ​​sales and service of Premium clients
• Understanding the specifics of the market, work and service conditions of Premium clients
• Knowledge of legislation and regulatory acts in the field of banking activity
• Skills for conducting presentations and working with objections
• Knowledge and skills of communication culture
• Confident user of a PC and tablet
• Availability of competencies: orientation to the result, focus on clients, teamwork, effective communication, building contacts, stress resistance
• Fluency in the Ukrainian language (incl. business)

It will be an advantage:

• Experience in conducting successful negotiations at the level of Premium clients
• Proficiency in English at Pre-intermediate (A2) level
