We are currently looking for a Premium Support Agent for one of our businesses.
What challenges await you as a Premium Support Agent:
— building and developing long-term relationships with customers;
— retaining and returning customers to the product
— turnkey solution of client issues, search for the best ways to solve them;
— proactive work with customer proposals, transferring them to the product;
— communication with external stakeholders to solve cases

What is important for us:
— English B2+, spoken and written. It is very important for us, because we communicate mainly with Americans;
— 2+ years of work experience in sales, account management, teams working with VIP clients;
— Experience working with premium clients;
— Absolute ownership of your area of responsibility, projects and initiatives "turnkey";
— Strong communication and writing skills: the ability to communicate with clients in calls, keep them on the goals and lines of conversation, work with objections, be able to solve cases in correspondence.
