• Ensure quality service and customer satisfaction segment;
• Supporting a fixed portfolio;
• Attracting customers to a full range of banking products in the selected segment.

For this you will need:

• higher economic education;
• experience working in the front office of banks with Affluent/Premium/Private clients (recruitment, cross-selling, ongoing support);
• customer orientation, experience in effective product sales;
• knowledge of the regulatory framework of the NBU within the functional limits;
• focus on the result and an impeccable business reputation.
