Our customers are international high-loaded projects: VODcinemas, Ad/CPA networks, FinTech, SaaS, and file-sharing services providers. Wehave 21PoPs inthe USA, Europe, and Asia. Responsibilities:Cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with key clients and prospects, understanding their specific needs, and delivering tailored solutions.Technical consultations and support ofkey clients for new orupgraded server hardware (dedicated orcloud servers, etc.) orservices (CDN, etc.)Collecting customer requirements and identifying potential problems with the product implementationPreparing proposals according tothe conducted analysisCollaborating with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, toalign sales efforts with overall business goalsRequirements:Proven experience and In-depth knowledge ofinCloud and Hosting services (Dedicated Servers, CDN, Collocation, and Cloud Servers solutions) Deep understanding ofthe configuration and features ofserver hardware, technical specificationsExperience ofworking with clients (B2B) and focus onthe service component and its developmentGood communication skills, experience ofeffective work with proposals and objectionsRequired languages: English— Must inhigh level, Ukrainian/Russian— preferableWilling and ability totravel (mainly inEurope) whenever neededWeoffer:Competitive paymentOpportunity towork from any place inEurope (weprovide technical support and arrange workplace)25working days for rest annually, and also paid sick leavesDifferent benefits: lunches, insurance, English courses, corporate activities and gifts.
