We are currently looking for a Pre-sales engineer of cybersecurity services

What you need to do:

• Participate in technical presentations of services (technical presale) for clients in Ukraine and the EU
• Solve technical support cases (setting up Cloudflare, CrowdStrike services)

Our ideal candidate:

• Has general understanding of the operation of networks and the Internet. OSI model, main protocols: DNS, HTTP(s), SSL, IP, TCP/UDP, etc. 
• Has an understanding of how WEB applications work.
• Knows what origin, cache, SaaS, PaaS, IaaS are
• Understands latency, privacy, authentication, zero trust approach, Threat intelligence, DLP, deception system, etc.
• Has basic knowledge of cyber security: DDoS, SQLi, XSS, main attack vectors, countermeasures. 
• Has knowledge of WAF, EDR, NGAV - how they are arranged, what helps.
• Experience with the following vendors will be an advantage - Cloudflare, CrowdStrike, Fortra, GTB Technologies, SOCRadar and others.
• English - Upper-Intermediate
