🚩 If you:

• have 6 months of experience in a similar position in the sales team, or experience in assistance, customer support or similar functions;
• have an Intermediate Strong English level and above;
• have strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail;
• can persuasive;
• able to quickly identify customer needs and provide appropriate proposals;
• have excellent analytical and creative problem-solving skills;
• self-motivated, able to work independently and multitask;
• capable of quickly learning new tools, systems and processes at work;
• proactive and positive;
• responsible, stress-resistant;
• < p>strong in setting priorities, flexible, able to manage various activities.

Will be a plus< /i>: experience in crypto/blockchain.

What will you do:

• communicate with warm leads from around the world (in writing);
• responsible for research, gathering and checking the accuracy of information;
• collaborate with different internal teams to achieve higher results;
• find solutions to solve customer problems;
• maintain CRM, track statistics;
• create reports on your activities;
• identify and analyze market opportunities and trends;
• conduct competitor analysis and market research;
• build relationships with interested parties and potential customers.
