Pre-Sale Engineer (SOLIDWORKS) in Softiko

We are currently looking for an Engineer (SOLIDWORKS) - an expert who will become the technical face of our CAD department, support the sales team and help customers choose the best engineering solutions.

Job tasks:

• Conduct presentations and demonstrations of SOLIDWORKS for customers and partners

• Analyze customer needs and select optimal solutions

• Prepare and defend technical specifications

• Provide technical support: answer customer inquiries by mail and phone

• Participate in implementation of projects, conduct trainings for customers and partners

• Join marketing activities: webinars, expert evaluation of technical content

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience in the field of engineering, production or CAD

level enough to read technical documentation and complete training. 

Terms:

• Format: hybrid or remote

• Schedule: 9:00am–6:00pm Mon-Fri, with additional days off for holidays and birthdays

• Part-time candidates are also considered.

• After 12 months: CSWP and CSWE certifications, active participation in key agreements
