We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Pre-sale Business Analyst to join our Banza team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in the sales process by analyzing business needs, conducting market research, and developing customized solutions for potential customers. If you’re passionate about technology, have a keen business sense, and have a knack for understanding customer needs, we want to hear from you!

What you’ll be doing:

• Communication with clients: Negotiating, product demonstration, presenting solutions, answering customer questions.
• Collecting requirements and designing solutions: Identifying customer needs, categorizing and prioritizing requirements, developing solutions in line with business goals, preparing a list of required resources.
• Project estimation and documentation: Estimate projects for scope, complexity, and cost, calculating ROI, creating documentation, and maintaining a knowledge base.
• Strategic planning and sales support: Evaluating the impact of solutions on the business client, working with the sales team to develop strategies.
• Time management and multitasking: Effective management of several projects, timely delivery of materials to clients.

Expectations from the candidate:

• Business analysis skills: Requirements gathering and categorization, in-depth understanding of development processes and architectural models, experience in project evaluation.
• Sales skills: Experience in the sales process, negotiation, presentation of solutions.
• Communication skills: Fluency in Ukrainian, English — Upper Intermediate and above; knowledge of other languages will be an advantage.
• Additional requirements: Willingness to travel, ability to work with a large amount of documentation.
