Your main tasks:

• Study of products and passing certification from the development company (vendor).
• Participation in the implementation of projects for customers and their further consultation.
• Conducting presentations of the technical part of the software.

• Help with inquiries from colleagues about new software drive.
• Technical support of customers in the mode of correspondence and calls.

From you we expect:

• Higher technical education.
• Experience as a system administrator from 1 year.
• Knowledge of the principles of information security, backup and CRM systems.
• Understanding virtualization, network and server settings.
• Proactive attitude, ability to learn and adapt.

Experience of successfully implemented projects on the integration or migration of software products will be a great advantage.
