Your main tasks : Studying the product and passing certification from the development company (vendor). Participation in the implementation of projects for customers and their further consultation. Conducting presentations of the technical part of the software. Helping with inquiries from colleagues about the software. Technical support for customers in the mode of correspondence and calls. We expect from you: Technical education in a related field. Experience working with CRM systems or knowledge of their principles of operation. Proactive attitude, desire to work, ability to learn and adapt. Level of English language proficiency, which will help to read technical documentation.
