Job summaryWe seek an individual with excellent personal and interpersonal skills to enhance communication and assist our clients.Responsibility and punctuality will be the best qualities.Requirements- Skilled in such programs as Jira, Excel, and Microsoft Word- A person who speaks Ukrainian and EnglishWill be a plus- Reside in Ukraine or neighbouring countries (to be able to work in approximate time zones with the whole team)-Previous experience as an account manager or support- A general understanding of the industryResponsibilities- Acting as a company representative for business clients- Process incoming projects- Maintaining CRM and collecting KYC profiles for every customer- Create Jira tasks for verification- Monitoring of the verification process- Monitoring of the compliance with the verification deadlines by all participants- Collection of additional data from customers- Guiding a customer through the business verification process- Signing The Merchant agreement and a price list ( Annex ) with the Merchant- Distribution of merchants between account managers for onboarding- Working closely with Sales, Support, Compliance, and Operations teams to support product enhancements and identify new business opportunities- Raising customers' satisfaction regarding our product with a personalized approach- Provide periodic updates and report to the Team Lead and executive management, feedback on trends (competitor insight, customer needs, sales, and lead information, product and marketing requirements)Hiring process→ CV screening→ HR interview→ HM interview→ Job OfferDoes this position fit you?
