Specifically, this includes planning, organizing, and implementing all clinical training and business development activities related tothe sale and distribution ofCoolSculpting consumable products, aswell asthe safe and effective use ofthe CoolSculpting technology. This isaclinically based commercial role with high accountability for achieving the territory sales and utilization quotas and objectives.KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Acting asprimary point ofcontact for the customer inrelation toclinical considerations, product orders and business development.Achieving sales and utilization quota results inthe assigned territory. Responsible for performing effective territory penetration, coverage, and account identification todrive sales and increase the customer base for the Company’s consumables andCS deviceBuilding long lasting relationship with customers and with this achieve sales quota results inthe assigned territory.Providing individual clinical training & support, together with presentations and demonstrations (non-patient) tothe customer onthe safe and effective use ofthe CoolSculpting technology and device, using effective communication techniques.Educating the customer regarding the indications, contraindications, and safety ofCoolSculpting, and how they fulfil the needs ofthe customer.Educating and supporting the customer with marketing strategies including but not limited to, in-clinic office branding/merchandising, patient segmentation and external marketing strategies togenerate and drive patient flow.Maintaining updated knowledge ofthe industry and competitive products.Supporting and helping tofacilitate the execution ofregional workshops and tradeshows within the territory and area. Active participation inindustry-related trade shows/meetingsPreparing sales contracts, quotes, price, and terms per company guidelines.Completing administrative responsibilities including quarterly business plans, up-to-date account profiles and the customer database.Developing and maintaining supportive, productive, and effective relationships atall levels within the organization.Ability totravel adequately tocover territory including overnight stays, attend tradeshows, and corporate and training meetings.Job QUALIFICATIONS:Bachelor’s degree orhigher2-4 years work experience, selling medical products orservices tophysicians and/or other health care providers ispreferredDirect customer experience with the Aesthetic/Plastic surgeon and dermatology audience ispreferredExperience with consumables selling ispreferredFluency inEnglish isessential given the International nature ofthe CoolSculpting business modelWORK CONDITIONS:Type ofemployment: fixed-term contracted positionMedical and life insuranceAannual Incentive Bonus (AIP)Car cat asper Allergen policy Any other benefits according to the local policies
