How exactly can you influence the development of the company:
• creation and implementation of large social and military projects, both autonomously and in collaboration with partners
• search for new and maintenance of successful relations with current partners
• active interaction with opinion leaders, mass media, NGOs and funds
• close cooperation with founders and Management Board representatives
• evaluation of projects and analysis of performance metrics
• cooperation with partners on social and fundraising projects
• participation in the organization of events (script, organization, preparation of questions, broadcasting)

Challenges for 3 months:
• acquaintance and analysis of the CSR strategy of the company
• achievement of planned results according to priorities and KPI
• analyze and join active projects company
• efficient and independent management of 2-3 own projects

To achieve results, you will need:
• 5+ years of work experience in the CSR field
• experience in developing, protecting and implementing a CSR strategy
• successful experience of independently managing a full cycle of meetings for military projects
• confident professional communication skills: managing online communications, negotiating, building partnerships
• wide and effective networking: mutualinteraction with the media, opinion leaders, charitable organizations and foundations
• developed soft skills: responsibility, autonomy, analytical thinking, high emotional intelligence and adaptability, critical thinking
• experience in implementing CSR projects in communication agencies / food IT companies / B2C companies will be an advantage

How do you regulate your working hours?
• you can plan your own work schedule, however, in order to be effective,
we have a mandatory joint working time - business hours, from 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. with reward retention)
