PR Project Manager in Havas PR Ukraine

We are looking for a person for the position of PR Project Manager in the communication agency Havas PR Ukraine, part of the Havas global communication group. The main task is the management of brand and organization communications or the implementation of PR projects. The PR Project Manager is responsible for the development of the communication mix (together with the team and the director) and its implementation using the channels and tools required by the task. Can attract junior managers, designers, creativity and other necessary resources to the team of his project. So this position requires not only excellent communication skills, but also the ability to work in horizontal teams. Havas PR creates communications for brands and organizations, works with reputation and corporate PR, helps the public sector and the armed forces. These are often long-term contracts, systematic strategic and creative work with all channels and tools. Main tasks: Communication with the clientParticipation in the development of communication strategies and plansFormation of the project teamParticipation in the formation of communication budgets, implementation controlImplementation of communication challenges and client plansSearch for ideas and opportunities to improve communication manifestations and plansBuilding win-win relations with the media and journalistsGeneration of creative ideas for special projects and storytelling, creating texts (independently and with the involvement of copywriters) Interaction with opinion leaders, bloggers and stakeholders provided for by the strategy (independently or with the involvement of a team) Holding meetings with clients, participating in strategic sessions and meetings Preparation of reports on project implementation, analysis of results and recommendations for further improvement.
