PR/Marketing Communications Specialist in MODUS X

We are currently looking for a communications specialist who will ensure the implementation of client and talent communications strategies, and, in cooperation with key stakeholders, will constantly adapt them to achieve the company's business goals. At the core of our business are people and clients — without the former there will be no others and vice versa — so we do not separate client and talent communications, we believe in the power of the company brand and the personal brands of our employees.

Our ideal candidate has relevant work experience in an IT company and own portfolio of successful communication projects on the Ukrainian and European markets.

Responsibilities:< /p>

- planning and management of communication projects and campaigns aimed at promoting brand awareness among the company's target audiences

- creation of various types of content, such as articles, news, newsletters, informational messages, etc.

- building personal brands of the CxO of the company, in particular the CEO, including publications in own and external media, guest blogging, speechwriting, speaking at conferences, as well as their support in the development of pages in social networks

- managing the Employee Advocacy program

- building relationships with industry, technology and business media, as well as opinion leaders: planning and prioritizing communication activities that support the company's business goals, CxO personal brands and fill the information space with news about company

- planning and control of communication resources and budget

orchestration of the work of external contractors and freelancers

- cooperation with key stakeholders, in particular with sales and HR teams, within planning, implementation and analysis of communication campaigns and projects

Skills:

- Understanding of IT industry trends and technological innovations

- Perfect knowledge of Ukrainian and English (B2+)

- Impeccable copywriting skills and absolute literacy

- Knowledge of trends in internal and external communications of IT companies

- Understanding of the Ukrainian and European media space

- Having your own warm contacts in the media will be an advantage

- Mastery in oral and written communications, the ability to present creative ideas, argue them and deal with objections

- Ability to prioritize and follow deadlines while multi-tasking

- Ability to negotiate, compromise and resolve complex issues

- Attention to detail and critical thinking

- Ability to plan, order and structure everything around
