PR/Marketing Communications Specialist in MODUS X

We are currently looking for a communications specialist who will ensure the implementation of client and talent communications strategies , and, in cooperation with key stakeholders, will constantly adapt them to achieve the company's business goals. At the core of our business are people and clients - without the former there would be no others and vice versa - so we do not separate client and talent communications, we believe in the power of the company brand and the personal brands of our employees.

Our ideal candidate has relevant experience work in an IT company and own portfolio of successful communication projects on the Ukrainian and European markets.

Responsibilities:

• planning and management of communication projects and campaigns aimed at promoting brand awareness among the company's target audiences
• creating different types of content such as articles, news, newsletters, informational messages, etc.
• building personal brands of the company's CxO, in particular CEOs, including publications in their own and external media, guest blogging, speechwriting, speaking at conferences, as well as their support in the development of pages in social networks
• management of the Employee Advocacy program
• building relationships with industry, technology and business media, as well as thought leaders: planning and prioritizing communication activities that support the company's business goals, CxO personal brands and fill the news space with company news
• planning and control of communication resources and budget
• orchestrating the work of external contractors and freelancers
• collaborating with key stakeholders, including sales and HR teams, in the planning, implementation and analysis of communication campaigns and projects

Skills:

• Understanding IT industry trends and technological innovations
• Proficient knowledge of Ukrainian and English (B2+)
• Impeccable copywriting skills and absolute literacy - Knowledge of trends in internal and external communications of IT companies
• Understanding of the Ukrainian and European media space; having own warm contacts in the media will be an advantage
• Skill in oral and written communications, ability to present creative ideas, argue them and work with objections
• Ability to set priorities and follow deadlines in multitasking mode< /li>
• Ability to negotiate, compromise and solve complex issues
• Attention to details and critical thinking
• Ability to plan, organize and structure everything around you
